It is very simple. First, download the VoiceMap app from either the App Store or the Play Store and install it on your phone. 

Browse our ever expanding list of available tours, and if you see one you like, buy it. Make sure to select your language, if available. Eventually all tours will be available in 9 languages. And the tours are read by real people, not AI voices!

You will get an email confirming your purchase, and that email has an activation code in it. Find the tour on VoiceMap, enter the activation code, and it will download the tour into the app. This is now yours for life, and it even works when you have no WIFI or internet connection!
